Role of Sauna as a Major Stress Reliever

A sauna is a small room specially designed to experience wet or dry heat sessions. This has been derived from the Finnish. Finnish Sauna is a part of the Finnish culture. For Finnish people it is a place to spend time with family and friends and they also use sauna as a place for body and mind relaxation. They don’t think sauna as a luxury, but as essential. The word sauna is a Finnish word, it refers to traditional Finnish bath and it is meant to describe a hot or moist environment. The people use sauna as a social affair, where people participate in it and temperature set will be over eighty degree centigrade. This helps them in relaxing.

Teenage Stress 0 Nothing To Scoff At

As adults we deal with stress everyday. We’ve got our family to take care of plus work, bills, insurance, health issues and long-term financial worries. The issues that create teenage stress may seem minor, or even trivial in comparison to our serious, grown-up issues.
But to teenagers, these issues and events are not trivial. Studies have shown a high percentage of teens complain of being “stressed-out” on a daily or weekly basis.
When teens perceive a situation as dangerous, difficult, or painful and they don’t know how to effectively cope with it, most of them will experience more stress. Here are some sources of teenage stress:
0 crammed schedules, not enough time to rest & relax, always on the go
0 school demands and frustrations
0 negative thoughts and feelings about themselves
0 changes in their bodies
0 problems with friends and/or peers at school
0 unsafe living environment/neighborhood
0 being bullied or exposed to violence or injury
0 separation or divorce of parents
0 chronic illness or severe problems in the family
0 death of a loved one
0 moving or changing schools
0 ongoing problems with schoolwork, learning disabilities or other problems
0 family financial problems
