We have known for years that sweet tea is great for shock, and for many years we have used tea as a form of stress relief at the end of a hard day. Drinking four cups of tea a day can be beneficial to your health. The Chinese have believed for 5,000 years that tea can promote longer life. There may be some truth in the old folklore.
