EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, and is a new form of energy therapy. EFT Is Not Working - What Am I Doing Wrong?
There are a few primary pointers to maximise your chances of results-rich EFT. Initially, ensure you are being specific enough. This applies on 2 levels. First, ensure you0re working on a specific event as opposed to a general feeling. Second, within that memory, ensure you0re working on a specific moment of the memory and not the whole thing. I liken this to getting practical tasks in life done. If you0re focussing on too many all at the same time, none of them end up getting done. The same applies with EFT. If, while trying to collapse one aspect of one issue, you have intruding thoughts and focus on other things, none of them end up getting collapsed with EFT.
