It looks like there are many people trying to handle stress. From work hassles, to family problems, to money issues, people’s lives are filled with potential stressors.One very good way to handle stress is relaxing. Taking just 10 or 15 minute break away from your hectic life can do your mind and body a world of good.But, surprisingly, many people don’t seem to know how to relax themselves effectively. There are no Impossibles

Every impossible, no matter how impossible, becomes immediately possible when you are released on it.
Exactly what does this mean? It is simple. We have built up in our lives feelings that say, I can0t. Imagine the opposite. Imagine I can.
When we think of imagining, I can, a lot of thoughts and feelings come up. The thoughts and feelings are saying, in one form or another, I cannot, I can0t. I0m not smart enough, I don0t know enough, I0m not rich enough, I0m too poor, I0m broke, I0m don0t know how, I don0t have enough education, I0m too old, I0m too young, I don0t know enough people, I0m blocked by people in my life, I0m in the wrong town, I have something wrong with me, I0m too angry0we could go on and on. What are your, 0I can0t0 feelings, beliefs?
We, with our mind, set up all these limitations, just a few of which are listed above. All of these limitations say, I can0t. We build up these, I can0t, thoughts and feelings, all of our lives. People tell us things we accept as true. We go to school. Peers, teachers, books, all of these […]

When we are positive, our world is positive

When we read the newspapers or watch the television news shows we are reading or watching what people think about the world. They have gone out and gathered information about their view of the world. What we are reading or watching is their picture of the world, their consciousness of the world.
In the Release Technique we find out we have a choice to not buy into and share the consciousness of the world that the newspaper people or the television news people share. We find out that it is just a decision to be negative or to be positive.
If we are looking for negative, if we have the consciousness of negative, when we go out into the world we are going to find negative. Most, the vast majority of the world, would disagree with the last sentence. They would say, it isn0t a question of negative or positive, it0s a question of reality, and in reality most of the world is negative.
