Stress Reduction By Observing Yourself and Applying The Laws Of Attraction

Your body is a bio electromagnetic/electrochemical energy system. Every belief, thought, feeling, emotion, attitude and viewpoint that you have going on in your head affects this energy system, and in turn, has consequences on your health, how well you age, how long you live and how you handle stress… In short, circumstances show up as a consequence of where you are at in your life.
